Hi,

I made a video in camtasia to show people around my training system but im having problems with it. I have tested it on 4 machines, on 2 it sounds fine, on the other 2 there is the occaisional buzzing noise and my voice goes a bit garbled.

Can anyone spare a couple of minutes to check the link below and report if it comes out clearly or not?

Thanks, I have tried changing production settings but no joy, im wondering if its just a freak occurance or if lots of people will have the problem.

Hi Gherilla,

The link worked fine - but the sound was a bit distorted.

Don't know if it makes any difference but I use a Mac.

I'm sure you'll be able to sort the sound out.

its strange it sounds crystal clear on some pc's and garbled on others. anyone have any ideas?

fixed the problem, i selected option to create an mp3 file and it seems to be better now
