Depends on the day. If I've spent the entire day chasing after my 14 month old daughter because the babysitter is out sick, then I feel alot older than 37.

I turned 49 in May.

Chasing around after 3 grandsons, building a low power radio station,
swimming, roaming around on my folks 17 acre horse farm (which my wife and I live on), and other activities keep me feeling lots younger.

I'm actually retired from the radio biz but still do some radio-related stuff because it's my first passion. Have to do my writing "after hours" which is why I'm going the catalog copy route..at least for now. Twas nice to retire at 46.
