I am curious to know what you guys think about rewards programs. Retail is one thing, but what about for a service.

What would be a good rewards program?... or are they just not effective in that arena?

I'm assuming you're talking about long-term rewards, like frequent flyer miles?

On short term rewards, you know that many carpet cleaning companies offer the "let us clean three of your rooms and the fourth one is free."

Are you thinking about offering a free window cleaning for their entire house or business if they have a series of cleanings done over, let's say, a one year period?
