One word: GROSS.  You've all seen the MythBusters where they measured the amount of fecal bacteria on the toothbrushes, right? The toothbrushes in the bathroom had the highest counts (by far) because of the airborne fecal bacteria ... not even counting the (literal) crap spread by hands. With that in mind, now look at all the fun surfaces those bacteria will reside on in the "pimped out john." Beyond the cleaning nightmare... just, ewwww...
