so beeing honnest, these question born in my mind these last days, I confess that I read some stuff here that make me sad, but no way, I was trying to understand more and to make a littile positivness in this.
so it begin with this:
what should any member of a group to do in order to garantie the continuty of a group, and his productivity and effenciency.
this make me remembred some of my reading about self improvement and leadership etc..., and believe me for the first time I said to my self :"
They are just a pink writing", witch mean that they were

reading for Napoleon Hill, I think that there is no step by step for maintaining a group as a group and to ensure his productivity, regarding to the mood, to the reaction of people etc..
then I ascked my self a question (I often do):
how can you think about that regarding your locality? (here were I am there is no leadership, no leader) all thesse notion dosn't existe as method or guidline or something else, we have notion of group and most of time leader emerge naturaly, and people do that without any method or (How to do manual).
so I come here to asck you, who exerced in a big compagny, big agence, multinational etc.. where promotion and adventage are listed in manual, where there is a clear path for making a professional creer.
Does all these pretending method of:
1)How to be a leader?
2)How to manage a group?
3)How to manage conflict?
are Realy efficient?
This is why I am ascking these questions.
