As to the study conclusion, it was obviously a controversial study, just take a look at your response. Obviously, the conclusion was couched in the language it was for fear of upsetting the establishment. I agree it's not scientific and you certainly wouldn't see me writing the same conclusion. |
If it was controversial, why quote it?
By the way, I never said I stretched because it feels good. I said I stretched because "I believe" it helps to prevent injuries. And maybe my logic is flawed, but not ever getting injured is fairly good proof for me.
