Thanks for the suggestion. I think having the URL on screen from the beginning would have lessened some of the impact of the script. But it's a good idea for another time.

I enjoyed the smooth cuts - very professional editing. Great job of depicting the lifestyle. However, I did become a little distracted by the audio jumps. Sounds like maybe you did some audio edits and had the levels set differently. A minor thing, but I hope it might help.

Very fresh. That's what I like to do so I'm really drawn to this.

Nice video, Marcia! I used to take a lot of vacations in Vermont in late winter/early spring, and your vid reminded me of why I used to do that and why I need to start doing that again!

I loved it. Just beautiful.

Yes, the audio was a bit wonky ... but the message overpowers any such small points.

At heart, I am so much "that sort" of person ... which is why I enjoy things so much, here in central British Columbia.

I think you were right - in this particular video, at least - to leave the URL off the beginning. The "commercialism" of such a distraction would certainly have set a different "tone" for the video ... and the viewer might have begun with the question, "What's she going to try to sell me?"

Like I said ... I just love this video.

I enjoyed the chance to get to know you a little better. Good video. Makes me want to get away from it all.

I agree with this statement. A good solution to this URL pitch in your face sheap shot is actually to have like a 3 second video-clip with someone typing in the search term in Google.

If I remember correctly we had a thread about this on this board where someone had been to Japan and instead of showing the URL they showed the name in a google box.

I think that's just a very neat way to take away the salesman mentality, and on top of that you get extra authority by showing your Brand name along with the big G.
