I deff. see a bestseller in this kind of concept... can you say Scare Tactics and triggin on some emotions?

Wow - I'm not sure which is scarier...the thought of parasites like that in my system, or the images of that chick in her camo pants! Yikes!

That letter really uses some scare tactics to create need in case you
thought you didn't have a problem--you do now. But I don't know if
it was overdone.

I know know that "they must see the hearse right up to their door" in
order to buy life insurance but this one is really gross!

Maybe the "grossness" is what will attract viewers as well, much like
the show 'FearFactor', especially the eating segment.

I guess the sales have already answered my question.

Agreed. A female doctor in camo pants? Argh! They should have hired Mr. Subtle. He would have fixed that problem and ditched the yellow highlighting too.

I guess she's dressed that way because she wants to project the image of one fighting against those parasites? Bleah. But it's funny how she talks about a "sexier, firmer body" while dressed like that. It also annoyed me that the talking camo chick followed me all the way down the sidebar. I couldn't get past that and the yellow highlighting so I wasn't able to properly analyze the text.

I wouldn't touch that offer with a 10' pole. First, they never mention her credentials anywhere. Google seems to say she's a chiropractor but I wouldn't be surprised if she's got a mail order degree or an Ed.D.

Second, the entire ad is bull****. And that disgusting stuff they show, is the stuff they tell you to put IN your body. You basically drink plaster of paris and then it hardens and you excrete it. Or some Psyllium Seed Husks, which are nothing more than a laxative.

All of this colon cleansing stuff is covered by the FDA and at sites like quackwatch as being totally unproven and unnecessary.

The Mutter Museum (Philadelphia) has a HUGE colon on display. It's not tumorous... the guy just needed a real good colon cleanse.

An impacted colon is certainly a recognized disorder. It can be fatal and curiously enough is more than it should be. You know why? People are embarrassed to go to the doctor and say they haven't moved their bowels in weeks.

But, it's not a NORMAL condition.
