Hi All.

I am looking for a project manager and/or workers in a project involving copywriting for a best in class quality project with a proven market.

I wish the project manager person (possibly the copywriter) to believe in the project enough to be willing to reduce their immediate compensation in the hopes of a great success they can receive returns from.

Is there anyone here who would at least respond with your thoughts or suggestions?

To those who are curious why I am not providing an immediate link to information about the product; it is because we are "staying under the radar" until we launch.

I am first sifting for interested candidates and putting together the team. If we are a match, then of course we can talk details.

Hi Asher.

This sort of offer tends to be a not-so-positive hot button for some individuals.

I want to work, exclusively with project managers who believe in their own projects, themselves and their entire future, enough to invest in decent copy.

That you may be underfunded from the start, just isn't a good sign of a productive future; bathed in prosperity, awash in cash, or flush with green-backs.

And, if my history with this sort of arrangement tells me anything, paying a copywriter out of possible profits, after the light bill is paid, means I have to live on hope.

That's not to say that anyone is dishonest. My experience is that clients begrudge paying for value already received, because of human nature.

In other words, even clients who can easily afford a copywriter's fees, don't like paying (refuse, even under written contract), after they get their copy.

So, my policy is, pay 100% in advance of even seeing any copy.

As requested, these are some of my thoughts.

Thank You Peter, for sharing your reflections.

I can certainly understand it all.

I do indeed wish to pay for copywriters, and more important is to find someone who can manage the project as a communicator and overall project manager. This is something that is better off ventured together with so as to grow the revenues organically. I have many other projects that are simply more pressed for investment.

Thanks Again for the insight. And would like to hear from others out there who may or may not wish to examine for 10 minutes weather there is a special opportunity here for them.
