Help!
I need a copywriter for help on a very special project.
I’m an internet marketer/consultant who specializes in high-level split-testing and conversion analysis (A/B Split Tests, Taguchi Testing, etc.) and driving PPC traffic (AdWords, etc. – I’m over the Million visitor mark on AdWords).
Where I struggle is writing sales copy.
And I’m thoroughly stuck on one project that’s close to my heart – a book I’ve written about the natural cancer treatments we used to heal a member of my family.
The book is good (I get good reviews from friends and the people who have read it). I can drive quality visitor traffic to the website. I can get people to download my free special report from my squeeze page. I can even get people to take the book - if I give it away for free. So I know there’s interest out there for the book.
What I can’t do (yet) is get people to BUY the book.
I'm not sure why I can't get past this hump. I’m an amateur copywriter (obviously), but I've taken a bunch of copyrighting trainings – Ted Nicholas, Joe Sugarman, Carl Galletti, Jay Abraham, etc. – so I get the concepts and have a good core of pre-written copy. Where I falter is that last “connection” to makes visitors want to reach out to grab the book. (Maybe the critique board is next - but I'd much rather find someone who knows how to help.) I’m hoping to find a quality copywriter who loves the English language but hates the mathematics/techie side of tracking and testing and who’d be willing to trade to help me get this cancer book to the masses. You help me connect and I’ll help you track, test, tweak, and boost conversion on your sites. I’m sure I could help virtually anyone on this board optimize either their own or their clients’ websites.
And who knows, maybe we can find ways to work together in the future. Stranger things have happened.
If you’re interested in a possible trade, drop me a note and I’ll share more about the project.
Thanks.
Ted Schneck
