As a customer of his Business growth system I have the chance to periodically talk to him. Last night I just got off the phone with him and here's what he told me... You might want to sit down for this...

He said "I want to let you know I've spent over $25,000 bucks on video gear. And I'm planning on providing a live streaming video feed from my member's only seminar on February 10th."

HUH!? 25,000 GRAND!? To provide free content!?

He must be nuts!

Well, Rich really isn't nuts. He's smart.

But thousands and thousands of these went around.

And all of them just got off the phone with Rich.

So the whole thing is based on a lie.

Nice, how about we all lie in our emails? I'm sorry, I can't get down with Richie Rich telling his affiliates to send out an email that's a blatant lie.

Unless you ACTUALLY got off the phone with Richy Rich, you shouldn't say that in your email. Call me old fashion fellas, but it ain't cool to lie.

I know lying is pretty normal in the IM world and it's pretty much accepted that being a dirtbag is okay. But I urge you to not be a follower here and not lie to your list like you and Richy Rich just got off the phone shooting the breeze talkin' about his new gear. Please...

And agreed, lying is WACK! I'm all for twisting stories
creatively, but blatant lies is a no go in this neck of the
woods.

I'd settle for being to get off his email lists for good. I've tried 4 times to date to remove the same email address and have been unsuccessful. With business practices like this, it's no wonder some marketers have trouble with their email being labeled as 'spam'.
