It is very rare that David does this. I know of only 3 times in the last year that they have been released. And they have always been for a special promotion and they where taken of the market quickly after.

What I love about them is that they are incredibly easy to use. They help tighten and strengthen your copy. I remember when I got them they took me from a raw newbie…to being able to send something to Harlan without him throwing up or telling me “this sucks”

I have also used them a secret weapon to get clients.

I have used the bullet templates to get at least 6 new clients in the last 6 months just by re-writing their bullets on their squeeze page using the templates. There bullets went from "blah" to "WOW" and they just wanted to see what else I had up my sleeve.

Now the templates aren’t cheap, but I can almost guarantee that if you use them they will pay for themselves.

I was there when this was recorded last January and it was truly amazing to watch. We wrote a sales letter during the presentation, that Harlan then used to sell a product.

I found this kind of funny. In the paragraph immediately below the first set of 3 testimonials, including one from Dr. Joe Vitale, is written:

...which is exactly what Joe Vitale's Hypnotic Writing Wizard is: a push-button copywriting software program.

So he displays the testimonial, and then immediately insults him!

On a serious note, the whole package does look very good. But $1197 is a little pricey for me right now. I'm considering investing in a coaching/mentoring program instead...

I have to second the Garfinkel plug. I've had the templates ever since David began mentoring me and they really are great.

If anyone is looking for a relatively affordable and quick way to get good, then forget all the courses out there and grab the templates.

I'll third the reco for Copywriting Templates...No wait!!!

Just go back to writing like you always did...

Gotta keep the competitive advantage, y'know...

(I'm in the middle of mind-mapping them...I hate dragging all those books and manuals around...)

It is a lot of material. But that's why I love the "Direct Access to the templates" book. After you learn it in depth, there's that one little reference manual.

PS - I also wanted to add that the name is a bit deceptive. When I first heard "copywriting templates" I was thinking "oh no... canned writing." But it's not that at all.

In case anyone doesn't know, the templates aren't like pages that you fill in and voila you've got a letter. The templates are more like sectional idea generators. Writing your headline and boom... here are a bunch of ideas you can noodle with. Ideas that will get you a great headline.

Bullets... here are a bunch of great ideas to play with. Offers... PS's... etc.

I never spoke to David about this, and I'm sure he'll never change it, because they're so successful the way they are, but I never liked the word "templates."
