Don't know if it is in the forum rules, but I think that there should be a minimum of posts required before anyone is allowed to make any offers such as this -- even in the "Articles and Offers" section. I know on the Warriors forum, you can't make any JV offers or any other offers without a certain amount of posts. If I were the moderator, I would delete this thread.
