Default Paid copywriting gig to revive website... - 06-15-2005, 11:10 PM

Hi Folks,

Wanted to see if anyone wanted to take a stab at a website we're currently reworking:

http://www.jvgold.com

This was the model site for JV membership groups when we first released it. We're looking to revive it, and we need a pro to take on the challenge.

Please feel free to email me at srosen@goldbar.net or post your ideas to this thread before moving forward. I look forward to your responses!

Thanks,
Sam

Dear Sam,

Thanks for asking about your jvgold website.

What stood out to me immediately was it looks like only a sales page and not an entry way to a valuable membership site.

- No clean header area to colorfully distinguish your "jvgold" website.

- No tempting article headlines that lead me to a "sign me up" offer page.

- No Top 5 or Recent Forum Topics or "Win-Win Case Study" links that lead me to a "sign me up" offer page.

- No indication of the organization of the membership site or other resources that when clicked lead me to a "sign me up" offer page.

- No place for me to enter my email address and name to receive a "FREE Email Mini-Course on 5 Little-Known Tactics to Reaching JV Contacts" and capture my email address to follow up with Autoresponder Messages with my FREE Tips and a "sign me up" offer email.

Quite simply, the jvgold website gives me no faith that there's really a hot-bed of jv dealmaking activity taking place at jvgold.com.

Hope that helps.

John P.
