I must have missed the fourth -- only saw three (unless $2.95 now plus one time billing later of $214.05 counts?).

At least here the $27/$17 ones are optional as you mention and billed as OTOs. The $97 one is obviously most lucrative and thus part of the main course -- over 12 months that's nearly $1150 additional. Interesting price point though given some of the big recent campaigns/launches.

I actually have the 2005 version of this one and it's not bad -- still back in the days before Corey Rudl's unfortunate passing when he was in charge of IMC.
