The live customer service dude is the greatest thing I've ever done for my business. In an age when most vendors are afraid to answer their emails and hide behind customer service ticket submissions, I decided to bring it all out into the open and let people see exactly what's going on. Need help? No problem. Ryan is at the desk live mon-fri 10am-6pm PST. to answer any problems or concerns any customers or prospects may have. Tough to beat that! Check it out... Easy Video Sales - Live Support After monday, he'll be embedded onto the actual sales page as well. I just need to watch out though, or my image of a slacker may fade. Can't have that happening.
