I did a search on this (although it was admittedly a quick search) but couldn't find anything on customer management software. I don't want to clog my Outlook account with thousands of new customers. I have a hundred or so now whose info I've captured for my moving business, and I can see how it's not going to take much longer before it fries my computer and PDA.

Recommendations?

I've not used it much myself, but I know enough to prefer it over Act which I last used a few years ago. Worth checking out the demo anyhow, and you can see some great, free training videos at Chaos University

I've heard good things about Chaos, too.

It's not as robust or as flexible however, as Maximizer.

I've heard that the last three versions of ACT! have been disasters.
