I think it's pretty good, inspires trust. I think the color palette is a bit blah and you could use higher res non grainy photos on your main page, but overall I think it's good. The footer is crowding the content in some places.

Thanks Slippy. I appreciate your comments. I'm trying to get the client to try some changes with the overall layout. I also think they would benefit from better pictures. Some action and facility shots would help also, don't you think?

Thanks,
Dave

Your content is good, but the site design is horrible... in fact nearly non-existent.
The text is way too large. It looks like it was copied from Word and pasted into a wysiwyg.

The template (if there is one) needs a total make-over.

You're using tables for design? Ouch!

Why javascript? What does it do that html can't? One thing it can't do is be read by search engines.

No description, which would be used by search engines and a mess of keywords that search engines no longer use.

This is sad.

Were you looking for critique of your copy??? I couldn't find any on the page.

If you're involved in that market, then you must have some idea of what it is that drives clients. Perhaps use something the competition DOESN'T do or something extra you do that makes your clients really like you. It needs reworking, because as it stands, the reader doesn't see much of any reason to choose you.

If anything, take the '40 doctors can't be wrong' thing and put it at the top. Maybe tweak it a little.

Quote:
40 Local Doctors Have Complete Faith In Us
And Thousands Of Their Clients Are Now Fully Recovered Because Of Us!
But really, even this is lacking. Think to yourself, "What is a potential client looking for if they haven't decided which therapist to use?" Answer this question, within the first words of your site, and you'll at least be on the right track.

Thanks, Linda. Yep, I think everyone will agree the design is pretty awful. Unfortunately, I think they're just having a family member load it up for them.

If you can believe it, this is actually an improvement. Before EVERYTHING was just centered on the page.

I think the next step is to really get them to invest in a web designer.

Thanks for your comments.

Thanks for the feedback Eric. I think some things do need some reworking. You may be suprised to find that spending 45 minutes one-to-one with the PT is a major selling point for those looking for that type of attention. Lots of facilities in NY work with PT's, aides and trainers; so the actual face time with the PT is limited.

I guess I should find a better way of presenting it.

Thanks again.

Best regards,
Dave

Dave,

I know that this is something that has been said already, but I'll say it again -- the design is awful.

The frame of your webpage is too wide. And all that bolded, oversized text on that page made me want to close it right away.

And other than that, the copy also reads like a collection of product features. No benefits or emotional appeal in the copy whatsoever.

Hope this helps.
