Default I'd Really Value Your Opinion(s) - 01-11-2007, 11:17 PM

This is the text of an email I sent to Michel yesterday. However due to his workload and situation he has no time to reply individually. Evelyn (Michel's Administative Assistant) suggested that I open up to the Forum. Thanks Evelyn and the Forum in advance.

Disclaimer: I believe in being brutally honest without being rude. I hope the following review conveys that...

I'm new to this forum, so I thought I would chip in to this unanswered review request. (BTW, your link is broken, so that may be why you haven't gotten any replies.)

(1) I scanned through the page as if I were a typical visitor. I have to say, when the font is that small, nothing "jumps out at you". Make your headlines bigger.

(2) The headline lacks credibility. I just don't believe that it will guide me through **every** financial decision. I would probably turn away from the page at that point. You should put the actual subject - Cost Benefit Analysis - in the title.

(3) Who's your target market? Maybe you should try tackle each target with a separate sales page...

- Small businesses making buy or lease decisions.
- Capital equipment purchasers comparing alternates.
- Manufacturers looking at make or buy decisions.
- And so forth...

(4) I've got a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and took two terms of engineering economics, covering this subject in depth. Over the years I've forgotten most of it, but I've also made many capital equipment justifications, make or buy decisions, and buy or lease decisions. From my perspective, this book would need a software element to make it attractive. It wouldn't have to be elaborate - Excel templates would suffice.

(5) Lastly, the page needs is better graphics. The book covers look pretty bad.

Regards,

Nicholas Hebb

The Main headline sucks Monkey Paw but you have "The WORLD is crying out for better decision-makers! They are paid handsomely and the world
recognises them for their talents. "

Which is 20.4 times as good. Drop the rest and use that.
