I forgot another one:
- If you do telecoaching one-on-one or other types of calls that a student will need to make in their business (talking to media companies to place advertising, attorney's, prospects, competitors, etc.) then record those as well and get them on CD.
There's two real estate investment guru's that do this. One is called Killer Conversations that has recordings of office discussions with staff, prospects and students. The other one was called Cold Calls where he recorded conversations with attorney's, agents/brokers, prospects and students. The former went for $35/month and came with 2 CD's the latter was part of a $2K set of courses. Both are excellent because they did their job; eliminated the fear in student's minds.
