GREAT list.
I'd add The AdWeek Copywriting Handbook by Joe Sugarman (basically the guts of a $5,000 a head seminar he used to give on copywriting and a very, very good guide).
And getting into the books you really should read if you want to be a good copywriter:
How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie and
Influence The Psychology Of Persuasion by Robert Cialdini.
The courses Harlan already mentioned are excellent.
The seminars from Gary Halbert are in a class of their own.
The copywriting seminar from Dan Kennedy is packed full of real gems.
Also it wouldn't hurt you to go read every one of Gary Halbert's newsletters at
The Gary Halbert Letter and especially these 2 if you want to learn how to write a sales letter...
The Gary Halbert Letter The Gary Halbert Letter
And if you're not reading Clayton Makepeace's stuff there can't be a drop of copywriting blood in you...
