Default "Business For Sale" Swipe? - 06-19-2008, 04:15 PM

Does anyone happen to have a good swipe of a "business for sale" ad? I am currently in the process of putting my business for sale on Craigslist... and I could really use a good swipe!

Hey Gilchrist ... stop spamming the board. At the time I'm writing this, you've got ten (10!) posts on page 1 of the Copywriting Discussion Forum.

It's bad etiquette.

Alex

I don't see any spamming here. James has 23 posts and can put together a promotional sig, but hasn't yet. That's not an indication in of itself, but asking lots of questions and posting lots of posts in a relatively short period is not considered spamming here.

Spamming is when they hammer ad after ad for their affiliate program or whatever. I don't see James doing that at all.

John

John, I've been posting on newsgroups and discussion boards since 1995. It's definitely bad etiquette to monopolize the board.

But you're the moderator ... if it's okay with you ... I guess the rest of us will just have to tolerate it.

Thanks.

Alex
