"Make Your Words Sell" by Ken Evoy and Joe Robson is a great introduction to copywriting and was well worth the $30 I paid for it years ago - and now it's Free!

I'd also recommend "Make Your Site Sell" which went free a little while ago now and is about creating a website to sell your products or services.

I read Make Your Site Sell a while back and found lots of great information. So am sure this will be just as good because of your recommendation.

Great book -- a recommend read for people new to writing copy.

Like Steve, I gladly paid $30 for it years ago.

Seems to be the thing lately, with Mark Joyner giving away IR.

I have to ask though, how does every one find the time to read everything that needs to be read? I still have a ever growing stack here at home, I haven't gotten to, let alone the ones I still need to get.

And Ron, I don't think it's possible. I print out a copywriting ebook evey week, read 'em every quiet moment I get, and I haven't even made a dent. Probably just best to have them handy and flip around for inspiration.

Ya ever notice how you can open certain books at random and get the answer you needed. Put those at the top of the stack.

Ken's book about PRE-selling was one of my first
introductions to selling on the net... and I can't
imagine a better one.

I just went out and picked up a printer (I recently
abroad and had been without) for just this sort of
resource...

I know how you feel Ron - as I seem to download a more than my fair share of ebooks to read each week yet probably only get into 1 out of 3.

I always liked Joe Robson as a writer...he really knows how to make words flow well. They practically drip off the page / screen.
