I always thought the best part was being able to work from the couch with the television on in the background was the best part...

Also getting "smashed" with clients on single malt scotch - when the Ads work a storm.

I always prefer Laphroaig from the Isle of Islay - that wonderful smokey, peaty flavour...

Actually, my "copywriting pants" are a pair of plaid Polo pajama bottoms LOL!

Hey, it's my business. I make the dress code.

Check this out. A few months ago I bought a nice big leather recliner for my office. Next I'm buying an overhead projector to I can kick back in the recliner with the wireless keyboard in my lap, the mouse on my airdesk next to me, and work on an 8' screen!

Jeans and a t-shirt? No need for formal attire around here! Most days I don't get out of my pajama's. Getting dressed up means putting flip-flops on to go to the corner store.

I tend to do most of my work either early morning or late evening, leaving the middle of the day to do whatever I want.

The best part for me is the overall lifestyle...

It's having a 30ft commute to the office overlooking the harbor.

It's going for burgers at Bondi beach one day, then fish & chips from Watson's bay the next.

It's going to a party on a Tuesday night and carrying on till Wednesday... just because you can.

It's getting away for a week up to the Gold Coast and coming back with more money than you left with.

Holy cow. I just post my work on the screen in the movie theater downstairs when I need a change of venue. Or I head to the boat and Juan motors her up and drives me around the bay while I type. It's the bomb. And he makes the best tuna salad. He catches his own tuna with a paper clip tied to a string!

As I sit here in my cubicle at work reading these posts, I'm lamenting that I haven't reached the status of all of you yet. Got to get going here!
