This is a 'thank you' and, I suppose something of a pitch...

I was contacted by someone to improve the performance of a letter he uses to sell a very good product.

After some discussion, I learned that he wrote the letter over 5 years ago, his conversion rate is sky high and he nets six-figures a year from it.

Reluctantly, I took the job with no promise of improvement (as usual - paid in full, in advance, no refunds).
