Default $24.95 vs. one that ends in a "7?" - 03-28-2005, 10:41 AM

From what I've read online, it seems a $27, $37, $47 or $57 price for an eBook would do better than a $24.95 eBook or even a $19.95 eBook (even if the information was the exact same).

Thoughts?

I'm specifically interested in re-pricing an eBook I sell on my Web site from it's current price ($24.95) to one that ends in a "7".

Steven

I've read that theory, too. Supposedly it's been tested extensively. I priced my ebook accordingly, at $27.

Then I experimented and upped it to $29.95. Sales increased.

Not sure what I should conclude about that... but I'm happy!
