Looks interesting, but after reading the sales page, I still don't know what this tool will do for me.

I bought it months ago, but like so many other things, haven't touched it yet.

What it will do, Ritz, is let your users give testies by themselves. Naturally, you can moderate them, but you can send them to a page and they just type it in.

The best way to see it is by clicking "Add your own testimonial"

This seems like a great way to easily collect user testimonials on your customers time in a completely passive manner.

I'm a big fan of automated tools. And that being said, I'm not sure if I'd use this one specifically unless I had an overwhelming amount of testimonials flooding in and I needed a way to manage them more effectively.

I thought that was a good report. You can always tell when someone is speaking from experience.

So, if someone wants to get the free gift from you in exchange for their testimonial, do they have to upload a photo and leave the voice message or will you send them the free gift if they only choose to leave a written testimonial?

We require all six things are completed. The six things include

1. First/Last Name
2. City
3. State
4. Photo
5. Typed success story
6. Call our toll free line

Once all six are done, we ship the DVD. If they don't finish all six, my assistant Sharilyn calls and emails for missing information.

But, I'll make exceptions if they don't leave an audio success story because it's still really nice to have them. But that's the only exception is the audio part.

My process is pretty similar, but I've used GotVmail.com, mainly because I can go on and record individual questions to ask them. GotVmail will then combine all their answers and send one recording to my email inbox. Not sure if the one you mentioned in that report has that option, but yours is dirt cheap!

It's the same process I do for my testie AR email, which I originally swiped and adapted from Yanik Silver.

That's because a lot of times I get more high quality testies when I ask them specific questions, both in the email and on the 800 number. I agree it's harder to get audio testies. I guess I gotta dangle a bigger carrot!

Yours is also more automated than mine. Gonna have to look into that a little more.

I'm curious though, if they are already your customers, why do you require them to re-enter all their info? Couldn't the system fill this in for them?

In some cases you'll have clients you acquired offline coming online.

If they're already on your system there's no reason you can't pre-fill the info.
