Default which offers to make? Soft, medium or hard? - 10-02-2007, 06:35 PM

$9.95 now, $39.95 in 10 days if you keep the product.

There is a membership aspect to this. So how about

$9.95 now, $39.95 in 10 days, and $39.95 per month thereafter?

Or:

$1 now, $39.95 per month therafter cancel anytime

or $9.95 now, $39.95 per month thereafter cancel anytime.

My head is spinning.

What do you think? I think these will work better than

$67 now

Hi Richard,

If you could be more specific about the product/membership relationship, I might be able to help.

Usually, I would suggest a free trial offer, but I don't know what you're selling.

it's a course for peeps in financial trouble, Rachel...foreclosure, bankruptcy, that type of thing. It shows them how to get out of their trouble, have good credit, even buy another place, avoid bankruptcy while cutting down their bills.

Hey Richard,

Sorry I don't have personal experience here, but going by what I've seen others like Dan Kennedy, Yanik Silver and Russell Brunson do...the $1 first month trial (or first few months like Dans newsletter) followed by the regular monthly charge seems to be the thing to do.

Of course, the only way to know for sure what your market will go for is to test a few options.

Steve
