Hi, I'm going to start an affiliate program, finally ... and wanted to know if you all have any tips (or good examples/swipes) of copywriting for affiliate programs ... eg to entice affiliates to join and promote?

So far I like IMC's long-copy letter best for getting people excited about joining, and Armand's banners are solid (and his video/audio training for affs, well done)...

any other great examples of sharp aff banner banks and/or copywriting for "join our affiliate program" sales copy?

The other tip or hints are:

1. Simply visit successful sites and look for an affiliate link
2. Google things like:

• inurl:affiliate "text links"
• inurl:affiliate banner
• inurl:affiliates "text links"
• inurl:affiliates banner

3. Go to the Clickbank marketplace an visit the top 5 sites in a category you're targeting and find their affiliate pages. For example, I just did that in the finance category and found this very nice page, which is for a #2 Clickbank product:
