JustRay,

I have been using Quickbooks Pro for 10 years or so and it can handle most small business accounting. I still use a CPA for taxes but if your patient and tech savvy I see know reason why you couldn't use this software with excellent results. I don't know about the others though.

Just one note... I recently purchased a 22" LCD and love it for my graphics software but can't get the font size to change in Quickbooks without re-setting the entire Display in Windows. The type on this monitor is so small I might have to start getting 3.0 - 4.0 magnifiers to see the type!

Anyway, we are working on this problem, which can be a pain because changes in Windows Display also change the way my ads look in In-Design CS3. So I have to keep going in and out of Display set-up to change the windows size but other than that... great little package.

Michael

I've used all of the above. What do I use now? Excel. Thats all I really need... It calculates my budget, tells me how much cash I have on hand, and even calculates my net worth for me.

Nice and easy.
