O Boy,

It must seem like I'm a prep school cheerleader the
way I keep doing backflips over Harlan's stuff.

Anyone who knows me knows that I don't hand out
compliments like Halloween candy either. It's quite
rare that I'll stick my neck out and rave about someone
else's content.

But the Doc's stuff is just so damn sizzling I can't help
but tell ya'll that you MISSED OUT BIG TIME if you did
not attend his NLP Copywriting gig in Vegas.

I've seen Harlan speak about 3 or 4 times now, and
each time it progressively gets better and better.

This week he was on-fire!

Not only is the content simply brilliant, but the delivery
mechanisms he uses is just phenomenal. It's fun,
entertaining, and beyond educational.

David Garfinkel is known as the world's best "Copywriting
Teacher", but he better watch out. He may have some
competition creeping up the back. That's nothing against
David, but just a observation of how damn good The Doc
is getting.

All the people I know that learn from Harlan go on to do
great things with their writing.

You should of seen the things even Mr. Garfinkel was saying
about the NLP gig while we had lunch. It was something like...

"I've been waiting 10 years for this seminar" and ...

... well, I'll let David tell the rest.

But when you can get guys like Garfinkel to praise the event,
you know you are on to something.

And when you got guys like John Carlton, David Deutsch, and
Parris Lampropoulos glued to their seats, you definitely know
that there is some serious validity to what is going on.

Well, you folks missed it. But of course Harlan filmed the event.

I wrote a quick write up on my blog about how I look forward to
wearing out the rewind button on my DVD remote once the videos
are released...

His NLP Copywriting stuff is that good. And to be honest, it's
damn cheap compared to the value you take away.

Just 100% enthusiasm and gratitude for a phenomenal
weekend. Thanks Harlan.

I guess I misinterpreted something along the way, but I thought only members of his monthly mentorship program were allowed to attend this one (did this change?).

I know there's nothing better than being at the actual event, but will definitely be on the lookout for his DVDs.

Originally I do believe that was the case Stephen. But a few us of
were kicking and screaming to get in.

Harlan reconsidered and let some of us attend. However, you had
to be quick on the ball as there was not much time.

Luckily the DVD's will be around soon. There was so much content,
I'm gonna need those vids to refresh on all that he went through.

BTW Stephen,

You'd love the crazy Derron Brown tricks I pulled off after the
seminar to sneak into the Snoop Doggy Dogg concert.

I wish I had a camera so bad. It was classic.

Also, remember that episode when Derron was cashing losing
dog tickets at the dog track?

I did something similar with poker chips at the "cage". I ran
this routine about how "I won $9". After repeatedly mentioning
how happy I was about the $9, and it was better to win $9 then
to lose $9, I handed the chic $208 in chips.

She gave me back $209.

Of course I handed her back the $1 chip, but it's amazing what
people will do when you repeat something with 100% conviction.

I think Harlan had me all warmed up from his event!

So how's the ol "Snoop Dog" doing these days? Good concert?

Well since it was in Vegas I'm not allowed to tell
you the specifics. You know the Vegas slogan!

Let's just say that there were no aromatic herbs
in the building, and the girls were all dressed in
their Sunday best dresses. And they were all very
conservative in demeanor

Personally as a hip hop lover I don't even really like
Snoops music. I just happened to be at the Hard Rock
at the time and decided sneaking in was the right thing
to do.

Funny thing is it took me like 4 tries to barge in.

There were hundreds of people dying to get in. I only
stayed for about 40 minutes and when I left I spotted
another point of entry with minimal security.

Being the nice guy I am, I helped about a dozen brothers
sneak in through the "secret entrance" I found.

Myself though, I snuck in right in front of the guards faces
(even after they booted me 3 times previously).

I'd much more preferred to see some of that "Old Time Rock
& Roll" more so then some rap music though.
