I'm not really big on either of them... And it's not necessarily from a "jazz-it-up" stand point but from a readability standpoint.

First off I'd use an arial or some other sans font for the main sales copy and use like a 14pt to make it easy to read.

I don't like the bouncing around of the colors of the fonts in the headline. Use one color and make it big & bold.

Hi Ashan

You need to make the page a lot narrower, on my relatively small 19in monitor the text is still much too wide to be read easily.

And for me, I associate that color blue you're using with a link - especially when used in the text. My eye naturally gravitated to the blue text and wanted to click on it.

Cheers
Kyle

not a big fan...

the whole layout and color scheme look very 'dreery' and make me sleepy.

The text paragraphs are too wide. So consider narrowing the table a bit more and/or adding more space off the edges.

Add in some graphics to grab eyeballs

and work with the text. If it's the main thing, then you need to treat it as the main thing and not just an afterthought.

Look at some sites to get an idea of what works and what doesnt.
