I've got about 2000 books on my shelves - most of them on sales, marketing and copywriting. Name a classic on copy, it's on the shelves somewhere.
But one of those books stands out from the others.
It stands out because it takes many of the lessons in the classics and distills them down into an easy to remember, simple to create "Pictogram".
And Dang if this simple tool isn't useful - even to someone who's been in this game a while.
On days when I'm having trouble taking all the research and knowledge about a prospect and product and finding the "Spark" to connect the two, I sit down and draw out one of the simple little pictograms and am amazed at the way it claryfies my thinking, makes the ideas visual, and often leads to the "spark" I need to ignite reader interest.
The book is called Remote Influence and its written by Gorden Jay Alexander. You've probably read some his post in this forum and realize he's the real deal.
Anyway, you can read about his "Pictogram" here...

Look for the report cover named "Remote Influence".
It's a copywriters thinking tool I use often. I hope it's as useful for you.
