"Try it, it works" Post-It notes -

Can anyone tell me the process of getting these onto a mailing piece?
I assume we've all gotten one at some stage. You receive a mailing piece and at the top is a yellow post-it note that has "Try it, it works" printed in blue, in a handwritten font.
I need to know the complexities and costs of getting them onto a mailing piece. It's NOT for a weight-loss product, by the way!!!
When Kyle Hunter was running Specialized Mailing Services he had a bunch of women sitting at long tables hand writing each post-it-note and envelope for the tearsheet mailings he was doing for his clients.
If it's a test mailing then create your own post-its. Buy some 20# canary bond. Setup a template of 9 notes on a single sheet. The size of the note will be about 3.5 x 2.75. Hand write your note, scan it and place it in the template (vertical or horizontal). Run off the sheets in a nice blue color on your color printer. Cut the sheets down. Get yourself a glue stick (repositionable glue and not the permanent glue) and run it along the edge of your post-it. Attach it to your letter or tearsheet.
If that's too much work for you...
Dan Kennedy likes Think Ink Marketing for post-its and tearsheets.
We're going to be doing a split test - some with the Post-It, others without. There will be no other variables. I'll post back with the results of the split.
