| Hot seats at seminars -

I just finished leading a two-day business development seminar about which participants were very enthusiastic, and they also said they would prefer to have even more feedback and input specifically on their own business. This is a small seminar, so it should be feasible to do that, but I am not sure of the best way to work it in.
Those of you who have attended seminars that included "hot seats," about how much time was devoted to each person's hot seat, and how was it handled? Was there time for feedback and suggestions from the group as a whole (this is what my people want) as well as from the seminar leader?
Any suggestions would be welcome!
