So I'm sitting here reading my email and up in Google's clips bar there's the following ad:

Don't come to our site - www.bobsfruitsite.com - There's really nothing to see here. We're all out of fruit today.

I wonder how it's working out for them.

Curiosity is a powerful selling lure.

Although I didn't click on the link, my guess is, if the rest of the sales message is as compelling as the headline, that campaign is doing quite well.

I stand corrected.

Just out of curiosity, I checked out that site on Alexa. Its been online for about 5 years, but currently, it's not doing well at all, trafficwise.
