I have a soft spot for you and your situation, since I worked until not long ago for a company that outsourced development and QA testing to the Ukraine. Your motivation and desire to learn more about advertising are commendable, especially since English is not your first language.

I happen to really like Marketing sherpa (www.marketingsherpa.com). They provide outstanding analytics and case studies, especially their B2B marketing newsletter.

Another good online site is BtoB online (http://www.btobonline.com/). They happen to have some excellent case studies and resources on marketing to technology decision-makers, as well as other marketing information.

The American Marketing Association has some good resources for people seeking information on B2B marketing (I admit, I'm a member, they're a good group in my opinion). You can visit them online at B2B Marketing - American Marketing Association - www.marketingpower.com

ClickZ.com also has some good information on B2B marketing.
