I'm not sure if you get the point (no offence here). Darkroom is not about nostalgia. It lets you to write without disturbing features. Of course, you're going to need this only sometimes. Of course, you can (and you probably will), after finishing writing in Darkroom, copy your text to Word or Wordpress editor or anywhere and add highlights, hyperlinks.

As for colours, Darkroom allows you to pick yours.

Test your web design in different browsers - Browsershots

This is an awesome tool to check how your page will look in dozens of browsers on multiple platforms. The only thing missing are cell phone browsers, which would be nice.

You submit a url then it takes about 3-5 minutes to create the images for you to look over.

Yeah, good resource melissadata. I've used them before for farm areas in my real estate investment biz. Make sure you understand the list can only be used once per purchase.

Good stuff!

One thing I've started doing lately is just a mental exercise in time management. But it works so well for me I can't believe it took me so long to start doing it.

I try to check with myself every 15 minutes. The question I ask myself is this:

Am I working on a $money$ project right now?

Meaning, will my current activity directly lead to making me actual cold hard currency this month?

If not, I get back on track.

The only thing I let slide is skills development and education. But I have to watch out for those! I make sure they don't take up more than about 2 hours per day, unless I'm really in deep!

Hello,

I am beginning to freelance my copywriting experience out and start my own business doing sales flyers for commission only.

Does anyone have any suggestions on contracts that would be used for this type of service?

Also does anyone know of anyone else with this specialization or websites with tips on commission only writing? I do understand that anything should be looked at by my attorney prior to using it.

Thank you in advance,

Randall

I did a Google search using:

copywriter client contract

and found one here:

Kat Dodd - Freelance Copywriting Services Sample Contract

It's copyrighted, but there's no reason why you couldn't model one of your own after it.
