I am new to the forum, and have been searching somewhere online that would be able to help me with my question and offer advice. I hope that you all could assist me with this.

I am trying to develop a sales letter to mail out to other companies in my area to cross promote with them. The letter will be targeted to real estate, home builders, service professionals (HVAC, plumbing, etc.). BUT I JUST HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO SAY. Could anyone here offer assistance in helping me to achieve a high response. The company I am creating the letter for is a Duct Cleaning company and they would like to cross promote with other companies for referrals and job leads.

Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Get the book by Dan Kennedy "The Ultimate Sales Letter".

It offers a step by step guide to writing a sales letter.

When you finish your letter post it in the critique section here at the board and let some pros rip it apart.

That'll get ya started in the right direction.
