Hello all,

I'm new to the board and started working for myself as freelance copywriter. I have a few clients who like my work so I think I'm on the right track.

If anyone has any advice on how to get new clients and how to do well as a freelance copywriter it is appreciated.

Thanks.

Welcome!

You'll get plenty of great advice here if you skim the past discussions. Lots to be leanred (and acted upon!) here.

Thanks for the reply, John.

This is all unknown territory for me but I've been reading books and info. from the Net to gain knowledge.

I'll start diggin' through the past discussions...I know how newbies can post the same old questions.

If you have clients, do they refer people to you?

Not yet. Why do you ask?
