Default What are the best Internet Marketing products available? - 03-05-2006, 12:44 AM

I think we can all agree we've had money well spent and money wasted. Let's come together and let each other know what the best Internet Marketing products are and which ones have really helped us.

This isn't a bashing thread, just a testimonial type thread telling what's helped you and what you are glad you bought.

I've spend about 15,000$ on IM products in the last 2.5 years and below are what I recommend. I can say I've wasted about 8,000$ of my dollars. Hopefully this helps, and hopefully I can find some good stuff out from you guys.

DO NOT POST AFFILIATE LINKS, just give honest advice on stuff that's really helped you!

I recommend:

Email marketing and List Building
www.listandtraffic.com

Direct Marketing
www.dankennedy.com

Overall great program
www.renegademillionare.com

Overall good price for solid IM info
http://www.marketingtips.com/wealthvideos/

Best Autoresponder Service for IM's
www.aweber.com

Great info on SEM
http://www.sitepoint.com/books/sem1/?nocache=1801947183

Best book on Google Adwords
http://perrymarshall.com/adwords/index.htm

Great Marketing info but a lot of shameless affiliate link dropping for sites such as Rich Jerk
http://www.thegaryhalbertletter.com/...r-archives.htm

Great info on Link Building
http://www.linkingmatters.com/

There's more I"m sure but there are ones I remember well that were actually worth the money. What do you recommend?

Hi Ricky,

This is a great idea. I'm going to be honest to say that I find myself torn.

Here's what I mean...

You want to offer help and authentically endorse programs.

But...

You're an entrepreneur

And...

In forums you shouldn't offer an affiliate link. (I fully understand why)

Thus...

I'm torn.

Honestly it's not that you get rich with the affiliate commissions just that when your blood runs as an entrepreneur you don't see a problem with earning a commission for recommending something that you really appreciate.

That said...

A colleague of mine does seminars on "Natural gifts". I went through the program and have the gift of "Evangelism". Not meant in a religious way, just that when you believe in something you passionately want to tell others.

Yes that is me so although the entrepreneur in me will whine a bit. : )

The evangelist in me must say...

Tom Antion's "Advanced Internet Marketing" program is awesome... or his book "The Ultimate Guide to Electronic Marketing For Small Business"

He, as cliche as it sounds, tells it like it is...from the trenches.

Valuable material I just don't hear from others...at an excellent price.

Shaune

PS: I agree with you about Dan Kennedy. A good place to start is with his "Platinum Group" CDs.

Shaune, do you have a link to the course you are talking about to share with everyone?

Thanks Ricky.

I appreciate it but really it's OK. Anyone who buys can just let Tom or Dan know that I sent them. Perhaps they'll send me chocolates as a thank-you. Better yet maybe they'll grant me an interview when I ask.

Better to keep it non-commercial.

Not a big deal.

Thanks again,
Shaune
