I have been asked to write an ad for a accounting software

All your accounting is down online and held on there online server. It's targeted at small businesses.

What I want to know is this: Would the small businesses owners on this site mind doing their account on software that then keeps all there details online - the say it's very safe and they use the same software as the banks.

Or do you think that too many businesses would be put off by
having to store their biz details.

There is a initial fee and then a recurring £99 per year.

Has the company done any market research and discovered a need for this or did some programmer think this would be a good idea?

Is the company paying you up front?

Just the first two questions that came to mind.

Give me the proof that the security is there and some awful story of the guy who lost all of his info when he spilled coffee on his laptop, or the one about the guy who got hacked and lost vital data, and I might be sold. The security issue would be big for me. If you can prove that it's MORE dangerous to do it otherwise, I'll bite.
