LOVED the concept for the site.

but I'm not sure what the legal issues are with selling that type
of info. Plus I'm not sure anyone would want that as part of their
portfolio.

also I'd address the fear of getting 'busted' for growing as I think
thats a VERY valid concern of most people.

hahahhahahhaha,

That's pretty funny. My friend used to live in Sweden and he mentioned that the drug laws there are very severe. I thought that was pretty odd. Sweden?
I figured Sweden would be extremely liberal.

I bet you will be able to find someone to work on that for you. There are some people who wouldn't mind having this on their resume. Hell, I'm licensed to grow 28 plants in my state. However, I don't trust the Feds at all and decided against proceeding with my garden. All those Anti Bush T Shirts I sold last year could come back to haunt me.

Tommy Chong has a new movie coming out soon.......He describes how the US government spent about 13 million dollars to prosecute him, and portrayed him as a terrorist like Osama. If Tommy Chong were a terrorist, I imagine he would be too stoned to pull off his job. Simlilar to you probably being to stoned to finish your own site.....

Happy Tokes.

Thanks for your comment, I will look in to it. You are right, the fear factor is huge, I should adress that better. Thanks once again.

Great , Yes!, The laws here is very hard on people that grow or even smoke. People here think marijuana is like crack... All people know is that its BAD to smoke pot.

Im still looking for people that want to bake with the salesletter.

The problem with this sales letter POTENTIALLY is that you could be accused of entreating/encouraging people to commit a crime - which is quite likely a crime itself. I don't know all the legal ins and outs, but if growing canabis is illegal, and you are instructing people on how to do it, then at the very least, you will draw some very unwelcome attention to yourself.

And any copywriter who took on the project could likely become involved in the legal shakedown.

I think it would be helpful to explain how your information would help someone grow marijuana without being caught.

Where I live in rural Western Massachusetts, helicopters come by this time of year looking for pot growing in the woods. Two years ago they thought they spotted it growing on my neighbor's property and sent the police in only to find nothing but tomato plants. However, about five or six miles away from me they've also twice found plants worth three quarters of a million dollars in remote areas where you have to kayak in.

A friend told me that the helicopters have technology that can detect a specific "heat signature" of marijuana plants from the air.

The helicopters came by again a few days ago and I went out and watched them circle around my neighbor's land again, and I noticed that the side doors were open and someone was sitting there on the edge. It seemed to me that they were searching visually and not using any kind of high-tech detector.

Anyway, if you stressed how your information could help people grow marijuana in a way that would enable them not to get caught, I think that might appeal to more people than being able to grow thicker, more potent plants.

Just an idea!

I'm not sure, but I think the instruments pick out a certain color. My Father has a camping site, and they fly around there a lot. They found some once, and when my brother went down for weekend getway, he was accused of all kinds of stuff.

Weird how much we spend on drug control when it seems like prescription drug problems are a much bigger problem than weed.

Anyway, I'm not sure how it works in Sweden. If the site were hosted in America, maybe it would make a difference. We're allowed to promote it here. Heck, I never knew you could get a lisence to grow it though. I wonder if I could do that in Ohio?

(for clarification- I don't smoke weed, and don't think anyone should for the purpose of getting high or stoned or whatever you want to call it. But I do know that if you don't have health insurence, it's almost impossible to get a pain medicine prescription. And even harder to come up with the money for it. My brother was bed ridden for three months with a back problem. Pain meds cost over five hundred dollars for a one month supply. Plus thgey cause some real addiction problems. Or he could go buy a bag of pot for practically nothing, never be physically addicted to it, and not have it react badly with anything else he has to take.)

I've got it, You need it, I'm selling it at:
