OfficeMax DOES carry 20# canary bond. But the problem you'll end up havng is that most (laser) printers DO NOT print edge to edge. So... you'll end up doing 2 trims on the 11" side.

I'd buy the notepads, take them to your small local printer. Have them trim off the top of the pads and removed the chip board. Then have them print your letter on the paper using their small offset presses. Each sheet runs through the press exactly like the sheet before and after. You will NOT have any image jump.
