I created my letter yesterday using the same paper Michael suggested (I'm using 8.5 x 11) and vLetter handwritten fonts. I think the vLetter fonts are among the best available and honestly, other than the lack of an impression left by the pressure of a pen, you can't tell it was printed.

One problem I'm experiencing though... if I print out just one letter the text lines up perfectly with the lines on the paper, but if I print more than one letter at a time the text doesn't line up exactly... it's a little off. It must be the way the printer pulls in the paper for a multi-page print job.

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the same yellow paper but without the lines (and if so, where)? I checked at OfficeMax and they don't carry anything like this. This way, I could print the lines in addition to the text, so lining it up wouldn't ever be a problem.
