Hi Denise.
I focus my work on the Hispanic Internet market (I have wrote an ebook about this some months ago). Some people asked me to translate copy in the past, but many times is not enough make a literal translation. I believe is not about just translation, but "trans-creation". When I "trans-create" a copy from English to Spanish, I take in consideration not only cultural aspects, but a previous market research. This way your copy fits better with your target.
Personally, I prefer to write copy in neutral Spanish avoiding any regional slag. This way people from any Spanish-speaking country can read the copy without problems.
