Yep.

That's what happened to me. Even though I had seen the "I understand that this one time investment.." statement on the order page, I still figured I missed something when I was skimming. I hit the back button so I could go find the terms of the membership, what was included, etc.

Then on the enrollment form, I filled out the whole thing then was told the UserID was taken (by me). There's no link to log in as a Copy Doctor member to make the purchase.

Once the purchase was complete, it was a hunt & peck process to get to the download page.

I did find everything relatively quickly, but it involved more thinking than the "click & buy autopilot" process I've grown accustomed to.
