Hey Daiv, as you can tell from my domain name, I agree with you that the "dashless domain name rule" isn't necessarily right. I have both versions for my domain name and use a redirect from the dashless one. I like the way dashes make it easier to read, and I think separating the words with dashes makes it more search-engine friendly (not sure if that's still valid, though).
