With respect to the guys who chimed in, let me ask a question: Why would would you want to put up a site in 24 hours? This is your business and your reputation - a 24/7 sales vehicle that presents you to the world.
A web site should be carefully crafted and should reflect your professionalism as well as your personality.
If you've got a dynamite site just waiting to upload, I apologize. But from your question, I'm assuming it's not the case.
