Wordpress is acting like a bunch of idiots here.

Sherman's product is great and only furthers the
use of Wordpress blogs.

Plus, it's the furthest thing in the world from being a
scam.

It's an honest product, and a good one too. I've promoted
it to various people myself.

I had this exact same thing happen to me with a poker domain
once.

However instead of bowing down to the cease and desist
letter of the poker company, I told them to "PISS OFF".

Then I told them to contact my lawyer and gave them a
name and phone number.

Funny thing is, I have no lawyer.

I made it up out of thin air, and emailed them a bluff. It
was just like poker, but via email.

Anyways, the company never tried to call the attorney. Instead
they emailed back and asked me how much I wanted for the
domain name.

The truth is, I didn't even want the domain name anymore because
it was impossible to get any search engine rankings going up against
this big company.

So I said $1600 and hit the send button.

I had no idea what was going to happen. I would of actually sold
the name for as little as $200 considering I didn't even want it
anymore.

Long story short....

The company sent me the $1600 within minutes and fell for the
bluff.
